Door County is located on the thumb of the mitten of Wisconsin. A peninsula that juts out into Lake Michigan. It is a connection of little towns scattered all the way along the route to the top of the peninsula.

My paddle experience to the Devil’s Island Sea Caves.

The Caminito del Rey is a hike outside of Málaga in the pueblo El Chorro. It was once considered the most dangerous hike in Spain before it closed in 2000. After a year of many renovations, it opened back up to the public in 2015.

It is known for its Moorish architecture, the Albaicín neighborhood, free tapas and glorious skiing at the Sierra Nevada mountain.

Before the day ended I wanted to go check out the Plaza de España. This Friday night there was no one there except for a few wanderers and some kids playing soccer. It was the perfect time to enjoy the architecture and all its details.

Here is my Sunday in Madrid. A day of combining Madrid’s different neighborhoods and sightseeing with the Spanish way of life. Strolling through the park, walking down side streets, and enjoying some good eats.

The sun was not going to rise for more than an hour. My driver dropped me off a the curb, pointed at the churro shop and told me to get some breakfast. So that’s exactly what I did.
